AI Integration & Automation for small businesses, nonprofits, and solopreneurs

There's probably an easier way to do that.

I'm Maddie. I spend my time looking at the repetitive parts of running your business and asking why you're still doing them by hand. Then I build the system that fixes it.

How I Work

01

I ask and observe before I build

Before anything gets automated, I want to see what you're actually doing: where you click, who gets looped in, and why you do it that way. The best fix only shows up once I understand the real process.

02

Built around you, not the other way around

I'm not here to sell you a shiny new system for the sake of it. I use the tools you likely already have (Google Workspace, Apps Script, Zapier, ChatGPT, Claude) to build something that fits how you actually work.

03

I stay in the loop

An automation isn't 'set it and forget it.' I stick around to maintain it, fix what breaks, and keep improving it, even after it's already working.

Who I Work With

Nonprofits and conservation organizations. Solopreneurs and creatives. Small business owners buried in repetitive admin work who'd rather spend their time on the work they actually care about. If that's you, we'll probably get along.

A Few Things I've Fixed

Attorney

Billing & Reporting

Problem

An attorney was reconstructing billable work from memory and scattered information, making recurring billing/reporting unnecessarily difficult.

What changed

A recurring reporting workflow now organizes billing entries by client and matter, giving him a much simpler way to review his work instead of reconstructing it manually.

Product-Based Business

Product & Asset Workflow

Problem

Product information, files, photos, and listing details had to move through multiple steps and locations as new products were prepared for sale.

What changed

A structured workflow now captures new-product information, organizes assets, and moves the information into the systems needed for the listing process with far less manual handling.

Conservation Nonprofit

Volunteer Onboarding

Problem

A conservation nonprofit needed a way to onboard volunteers without drowning in paperwork, and a simple way for volunteers to log their hours.

What changed

Volunteers are onboarded through a system instead of paperwork, and they log hours by QR code or link. The volunteer coordinator can run reports on hours in real time.
