Pricing

Start with a $500 audit. Build only what's worth building.

I don't believe in selling you a system before I know whether you need one. Custom automation starts with a paid audit, so you get a real, honest look at your processes, and a plan, not just a sales pitch.

Two ways to get started.

Custom Automation

Not quite sure what needs fixing, or know there's a better way but need help designing it? Start with the $500 AI Integration & Automation Audit. I'll map the process, identify the friction, and show you where automation can actually help.

Flagship Solutions

Need something I've already built? My flagship systems have defined starting scopes and pricing, so we can often move directly from a discovery call into implementation.

Implementation Is Scoped After the Audit

Every business is different, so I don't price a build until I know what it actually needs. Small individual buildouts are available and can be scoped and priced upon request. After your audit, I'll put together a clear, scoped proposal, so you know exactly what you're paying for and why, before any work starts.

Once it's built, I don't disappear.

A system that works today should keep working next year. The Monthly Support Plans keep yours running and keep the improvements coming, without starting a new project every time something needs to change.

01

Maintain

Keep what you have running.

$500/month

What's Included

  • Monitoring and fixes when something breaks

  • One SOP a month, written for a process or system you already use
  • A monthly recap of what I did (and what I noticed)

Best for: teams whose systems work and should stay that way.

02

Build

Keep improving, one thing at a time.

$1,500/month

What's Included

Everything in Maintain, plus:

  • A running request list, with no cap on how many requests you add
  • I work on one request at a time; the next starts when the last one is delivered
  • Every new build comes with its own SOP

3-month minimum

Best for: teams with a list of "there has to be a better way to do this" moments.

03

Partner

Ongoing work, not a one-time project.

$3,000/month

What's Included

Everything in Build, plus:

  • Two requests in progress at a time
  • A monthly strategy call
  • Team training so the new systems actually get used (building it is half the job)

3-month minimum

Best for: organizations ready to treat automation as part of how they run.

Nonprofit and conservation organizations get 10% off every plan. Prefer to prepay 6 or 12 months (hello, grant budgets)? That works too.

What if the audit says automation isn't worth it?
Then I tell you that. Not every process needs a system built around it, and I'd rather tell you that upfront than build you something you don't need.
Do I have to move forward with implementation after the audit?
No. The audit stands on its own. You walk away with a clear picture of what's happening in your process either way.
Do you offer a nonprofit discount?
Yes. Nonprofits and conservation organizations receive a 10% discount on all services, including the Monthly Support Plans.
What counts as a request?
Anything new you want built or changed: a form, a report, an automated email, a whole workflow. Fixes and tweaks to what's already running don't count against your list; every plan covers those. If a request turns out to be a full system, I'll tell you and quote it separately.
Is there a limit on requests?
No. Add as many as you like. Your plan sets how many are in progress at once, not how many you can ask for.
What if something takes longer than a month?
Bigger builds are covered too. If something takes more than a month, it stays your active request until it's done. I break it into phases so you're using pieces of it along the way instead of waiting on one big reveal. Fixes and tweaks to what's already running keep happening in the meantime.
Can I start a plan for systems you didn't build?
Yes. I start with a one-time review so I know what I'm looking after (and what's held together with tape). After that, it works like any other plan.
How fast do you respond?
Fixes within 2 business days; urgent breakages within 1. New requests get scoped within 2 business days, with an estimate for when they'll be delivered.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. Maintain is month to month. Build and Partner have a 3-month minimum, then go month to month. If a bigger request is going to run past your minimum, I'll flag it before any work starts so nobody gets surprised.
